Here are the details about the various projects that have been taken up recently by the Rail Land Development Authority<\/strong>. Cuttack Station Re-Development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Rail Land Development Authority has come up with the Cuttack Station Re-development Project. This project in the Railway Terminal Infrastructure sub-sector involves Redevelopment of Existing Station\/Terminal. The current status of the project is DPR\/Feasibility Study in Progress and is being developed through the PPP route.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Victoria Commercial Site<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This project in the Commercial Real Estate sub-sector involves Development of Commercial Sites. The current status of the project is Tender Published and is being developed through the EPC route.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Khurda Road Station Re-Development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
