From design through commissioning, the entire process took fifteen months, compared to a global industry standard of twenty-seven months.<\/p>\n<p>The 350-crore ASU can produce 700 tonnes of gaseous oxygen and 300 tonnes of gaseous nitrogen per day, as well as a variety of liquid medicinal and industrial gases. When completed, the gas complex will have a total production capacity of more than 9,000 TPD of industrial gases.<\/p>\n<p>INOXAP\u2019s engineers began construction on the ASU in February 2021, to enable AM\/NS India to fulfil increased oxygen and nitrogen demand as it increased steel production at its flagship Hazira facility from 7.2 MTPA to 8.6 MTPA.
