The first phase of the project includes 1.3 lakh square feet of commercial space, with a revenue potential of Rs 200 crore.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">The 2.7-acre plot of land was purchased by the firm in 2011 with the goal of completing the project within two years.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Sunrays infrastructure private limited director Om Chaudhary said,&#8221;This project will make a difference in this area.
