In the presence of top BHEL and NPCIL officials, the steam generator for a 700 MWe unit at NPCIL&#8217;s Rajasthan Atomic Power Project (RAPP) was flagged off from BHEL&#8217;s Trichy facility.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1976, BHEL has designed, manufactured, tested, and supplied vital nuclear components such as Reactor Headers, Steam Generators, Steam Turbine Generators, various Heat Exchangers, and Pressure Vessels to the country&#8217;s nuclear programme.<\/p>\n<p>The first stage of the country&#8217;s indigenous nuclear power development is complete, with 18 PHVWRs in operation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Download PDF Report With the delivery of its 42nd Nuclear Steam Generator to the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has reached a key milestone (NPCIL).
