The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has issued a tender for the construction of a four-lane elevated road from Kapasia Chowk to the Begusarai jail area.<\/p>\n<p>Nitin Nabin, the state&#8217;s road construction minister, said the road will span for 4.3 kilometres and cost Rs 371 crore.<\/p>\n<p>The NHAI will give the construction agency two and a half years to complete the project from the start date.
