The project involves producing Cookies (0.40 Tons\/Day), Bread (8 Tons\/Day), Buns (3.75 Tons\/Day) and Rusk (0.80 Tons\/Day). The project is estimated to cost Rs.73 million. As of September 2020, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.newprojectstracker.com\/projects\/new-projects-by-new-biscuits-mfg-plant-in-tirunelveli-pbb23244\"><strong>Britannia Industries<\/strong> is planning to take up new biscuits manufacturing plant<\/a> in SIPCOT Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. The project involves establish an expansion plant for manufacture of Biscuits. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2500 million. As of November 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.newprojectstracker.com\/projects\/new-projects-by-products-mfg-project-in-sonipat-haryana-ppp23643\"><strong>Priniti Foods<\/strong> is planning to take up new bakery products manufacturing project<\/a> in Chatia Aulia, Sonipat, Haryana. The project involves manufacturing potato chips, snacks, namkeen and bakery product with capacity 6000 Ton. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs&#8217; memorandum on May 2020. As of November 2020, the project is in planning stage.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.newprojectstracker.com\/projects\/new-projects-by-mfg-project-in-solapur-maharashtra-pss25743\"><strong>Srujan Food Processing<\/strong> is planning to take up a new biscuits manufacturing project<\/a> in Chincholi MIDC, Mohol, Solapur, Maharashtra. The project involves manufacturing of biscuits with capacity 2500 MT\/M. The project is estimated to cost Rs.90.8 million. As of March 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.newprojectstracker.com\/projects\/new-projects-by-food-items-mfg-expansion-project-in-pbb26813\"><strong>Britannia Industries<\/strong> is planning to take up food items manufacturing expansion project<\/a> in Khurda, Odisha. The project involves increase its capacity by 85 per cent from the current 35,000 metric tonne to 65,000 metric tonne per annum. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.940 million.
