The power plant is located in Luj Village, Himachal Pradesh&#8217;s Chamba district.<\/p>\n<p>The winning bidder would have 64 months to finish the project at a cost of Rs 2,730.63 crore.<\/p>\n<p>Dugar Hydroelectric Project is a run of the river scheme proposed along the river Chenab in Pangi Valley, Himachal Pradesh.<\/p>\n<p>Chenab River enters Pangi valley of Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh near Bhujind and leaves the district at SansariNala to enter Paddar valley of Kashmir.<\/p>\n<p>The sources of runoff in the Chenab basin are both rain and snowmelt.
