The solar parks will be located at 175 different places throughout the island nation&#8217;s 15 provinces. Cuba is a member of the International Solar Alliance (ISA), a group of 121 tropical nations based in Gurugram, India.<\/p>\n<p>The ISA has offered help to the Cuban government&#8217;s Ministry of Energy and Mines (MINEM) for the development of solar power capacity.<\/p>\n<p>NTPC is an ISA corporate partner with a total capacity of 67.9GW spanning coal, gas, hydro, solar, and wind projects.
