The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) was issued on December 29, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>This comes close on the heels of L&amp;T Metro Rail Hyderabad Ltd that runs metro trains Wednesday raised Rs 13,119 crore by selling bonds and commercial papers (CPs).
