The new skyscraper will be built in collaboration with the Mumbai-based Sabari Group.<\/p>\n<p>Ornata will provide completely furnished 1BHK and 2BHK residences beginning at Rs 76 lakhs and Rs 1.15 crore, respectively. The proposed 26-story tower will include eight flats on each floor. It is full of social facilities and has a view of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link as well as connection to the Eastern Express Highway and the Santacruz-Chembur Link Road.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith demand in the housing sector in the city of Mumbai witnessing a significant uptick, we thought it was an opportune time to launch Amber at our new project Ornata.
