(NHSRCL) selected Larsen &amp; Toubro as the lowest bidder to build the 135.45 km Package C-3 of the 508.17 km Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR Bullet Train) project.<\/p>\n<p>The elevated Package C3 will connect Shilphata and Zaroli in Maharashtra and has three elevated stations at Thane, Virar, and Boisar. A separate civil construction contract, Package D1, which got four bids in May, will be used to build Thane Depot.<\/p>\n<p>In November 2022, NHSRCL issued a call for bids for the building of C3, with an unspecified budget and a deadline for completion of 1704 days (4.66 years).
