RVNL’s New POH Workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rail Vikas Nigam is planning to take up New POH workshop in Dabhoi, Vadodara, Gujarat. The project involves construction of PEB sheds, structures, buildings, overhead tank with water supply arrangement, drainage, road, track works, signalling & telecommunication, power supply arrangement, etc in connection with setting up of POH workshop for electric locomotives. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1146.2 million. As of September 2021, Invited bids under single stage two system<\/p>\n

The Ramco Cements’ New Cement Grinding Unit<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ramco Cements is planning to take up a new cement grinding unit in Haridaspur, Jajpur district, Odisha. The project involves 0.9 MTPA Cement Grinding Unit is designed to manufacture Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC), Portland Slag Cement (PSC) and Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC). Main raw material for manufacturing these Cement products are Clinker, Gypsum, Fly Ash and Slag. The project is estimated to cost Rs.4400 Million. On May 2017, environment clearance for the project is underway. On December 2018, the project cost has increased to Rs.5150 million and the project is expected to be commissioned by September 2019. On July 2019, the cement grinding unit of capacity 1 million tonne per annum commissioned during the current fiscal. As of September 2021, project involves addition of a cement grinding capacity of 0.9 MTPA with investment of Rs.1900 Million. The SLSWCA approves the investment proposal.<\/p>\n
