Prime Minister Narendra Modi placed the Bharatmala Pariyojana program&#8217;s foundation stone for it in May 2022, with an estimated cost of Rs 5,855 crore.<\/p>\n<p>Chennai Port to Thousand Lights East is connected by Package 1 at distance 0.342 to mile 4.604, whereas Maduravoyal and Koyambedu are connected by Package 4 at kilometre 14.185 to km 20.223.<\/p>\n<p>NHAI had invited tenders for their construction in July 2022 with a 910 day construction deadline.
