The main crops utilised to produce ethanol are maize, rice, and sugarcane. As a result, this plan will also contribute to the improvement of the local farmers&#8217; economy.<\/p>\n<p>The matter has been brought up with the Centre by Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu.
