(NPCIL) signed a supplementary joint venture agreement to develop nuclear power projects.<\/p>\n<p>For NTPC Ltd and NPCIL, this further joint venture agreement represents a crucial milestone in their collaboration and cooperation in the field of developing nuclear power projects that will aid the nation in fulfilling its clean energy pledges to reach a net zero emission objective by 2070.<\/p>\n<p>The government stated in its release that the JV company will initially develop two fleet mode nuclear projects known as the Chutka Madhya Pradesh Atomic Power Project (2&#215;700 MW) and Mahi Banswara Rajasthan Atomic Power Project (4&#215;700 MW) pressurised heavy-water reactor (PHWR) projects.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement was signed by Ujjwal Kanti Bhattacharya, director projects, NTPC Ltd and Ranjay Sharan, director projects, NPCIL.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Download PDF Report A power ministry release said NTPC Ltd. and Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd.
