In the hybrid annuity model, the developer makes the final investment after the government contributes 40% of the project cost to start work. According to a statement from the Ministry of Road Transport &amp; Highways, the 4-Lane wide portion of NH-344A that NHAI developed from Phagwara to Rupnagar will significantly improve Punjab&#8217;s road infrastructure.
