(NHSRCL) opened technical bids , Larsen &amp; Toubro and Afcons Infrastructure are the only firms that have submitted bids to build the 20.377 km Package C-2 of the 508.17 km Mumbai &#8211; Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR Bullet Train).<\/p>\n<p>Package C2 of the main line will be entirely underground and will consist of roughly 3 km &#8220;undersea&#8221; twin tunnels beneath Thane Creek between chainage Km 0.773 (BandraKurla Complex Station) and Km 21.150 (Shilphata). The appointed contractor must use at least three Mega TBMs with a diameter of approximately 14.5 metres.<\/p>\n<p>NHSRCL sought bids for this package in 2019, but received none, and then again in November 2021, which was cancelled in February 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Download PDF Report After the National National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd.
