The project involves development of tourism with total build up area 13,792.80 sq.m. The project is estimated to cost Rs.2400 million. As of November 2022, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.newprojectstracker.com\/projects\/new-projects-by-new-hospital-project-in-pune-maharashtra-tew31040\"><strong>Central Public Works Department&#8217;s New Hospital Project<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cpwd.gov.in\/\">Central Public Works Department<\/a> is planning to take up new hospital project in Bibwewadi, Pune, Maharashtra. The project involves planning, design, and building of a 500-bed hospital. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.3050.5 million. The new hospital will also have 50 super speciality beds to cater to ESIC patients.
