Tata Projects and Larsen Toubro are building this section, which is mostly underground.<\/p>\n<p>KEC &#8211; VNC JV was awarded the contract for the 47 km Line-5, which included the area inside Madhavaram Depot and between Madhavaram Milk Colony and CMBT Station.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/chennaimetrorail.org\/\">Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. (CMRL)<\/a> issued a request for proposals for both.
