Gayatri Industries’ Formaldehyde Mfg. Project
Gayatri Industries is planning to take up new formaldehyde manufacturing project in Growth Centre Saha, Ambala, Haryana. The project involves setup a manufacturing unit of formaldehyde with the capacity production of 80 TPD from oxidation-dehydrogenation using a silver catalyst involving the complete conversion of methanol. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.27 million. As of May 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
Dr. Patangrao Kadam Sonhira Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana’s Distillery Unit Expansion Project
Dr. Patangrao Kadam Sonhira Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana is planning to take up distillery unit expansion project in Wangi & Ambak, Taluka Kadegaon, Sangli, Maharashtra. The project involves expansion of molasses based distillery from 60 KLPD to 135 KLPD. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1111.3 million. On November 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway. As of May 2021, project involves expansion of sugar unit from 7,000 to 10,000 TCD and existing molasses-based distillery from 60 to 135 KLPD with investment of Rs.2115.6 Million. The environment clearance for the project is underway.
