Asian Paints’ New Vinyl Acetate Ethylene Emulsion and Vinyl Acetate Monomer Mfg. Plant
Asian Paints is planning to take up new vinyl acetate ethylene emulsion and vinyl acetate monomer manufacturing plant in India. The project involves setting up of a manufacturing facility for VAE and VAM. The proposed plant will have an installed capacity of 1 lakh tonne per annum for VAM and 1.5 lakh tonnes for VAE. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.21000 million. As of October 2022, pre project activities are going on.
CG Power and Industrial Solutions’ Low Tension Motors Mfg. Expansion Project
CG Power and Industrial Solutions is planning to take up low tension motors manufacturing expansion project in Ahmednagar and Goa. The project involves expansion would increase the capacity of Low Tension Motors’ (“LT Motors”) upto 19.92 lakhs nos. per annum, from the existing capacity of 9.93 lakhs nos. per annum. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.2300 million. As of October 2022, CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has announced the project.
