Minerals And Metals’ Redi Iron Ore Mining Expansion Project
Minerals And Metals is planning to take up new redi iron ore mining project in Vengurla, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. The project involves mining redi iron ore with production capacity of 0.2 MTPA. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.65 million. On September 2018, environment clearance for the project is underway. On May 2020, project involves mining of iron ore with production 0.2 MTPA with investment of Rs.180.5 Million. As of May 2022, the project has been given final environmental clearance by ministry of Environment and forest.
Sagar Manufacturers’ Cotton Spinning Mill Expansion Project
Sagar Manufacturers is planning to take up a new cotton spinning mill project in Tamot, Goharganj, Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves manufacturing of cotton spinning mill with capacity 33330 MTPA, Knitting with capacity 2268.450 MTPA . The project is estimated to cost Rs.5820 Million. On January 2018, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project. On March 2021, project involves The project involves expanding the cotton spinning mill from 33,330 MT/yr to 42,130 MT/yr and Knitting 2268.45 MT/yr from 5,398 MT/yr with cost of Rs.1900 million. The company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.. As of May 2022, project involves expanding the cotton spinning mill from 42,130 MT/yr to 52930 MT/Y and Knitting 5,398 MT/yr to 8320 MT/Y with cost of Rs.8120 million.
