Ambica Industries’ New Steel Mfg. Plant
Sona Castings is planning to take up new steel manufacturing plant in G.T Road, Sirhind Side, Mandi Gobindgarh, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. The project involves manufacturing of billets & H.R coils @ 110 TPD with induction furnace of overall capacity 8 TPH and rolling mill. Now, the industry wants to increase their production capacity to 365 TPD (1,27,750 TPA) of billets/ H.R coils/ pipes by replacing existing induction furnace with new induction Furnace of capacity 12 TPH. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.419.471 million. The company start construction activity on October 2023 and end on June 2024. As of December 2022, environment clearance for the project is underway.
Bharat Rasayan’s New 2,4-D-Ethyl Ester Mfg. Unit
Bharat Rasayan is planning to take up 2,4-D-ethyl ester manufacturing unit in Bharuch, Gujarat. The project involves manufacturing of 2,4-D-ethyl ester unit with capacity 2000 MTPA. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on September 2022. As of December 2022, the project is in planning stage.
