The project involves setting up laminate & wood based particle board plant at Industrial Park Naidupet, Nellore, The named as Greenlam South Ltd. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.5950 million. On January 2020, the company has been allotted by the state Land Allotment Committee for setting up the project. As of August 2020, project involves manufacturing of plain particle board with capacity 214500 CBM. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on March 2020.
- Gravity Industries is planning to take up a new bagasse particle boards manufacturing project in MIDC Kagal, Kolhapur, Maharshtra. The project involves manufacturing of bagasse particle boards with lamination 2000 Nos/Day. The project is estimated to cost Rs.202 million. As of February 2020, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project
- Savitri Woods is planning to take up new particle board and fibreboard manufacturing project in Adhowal Garhi, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. The project involves manufacturing of particle board and fibreboard with capacity 30000 Cbm. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on November 2019. As of March 2020, the project is in planning stage.
