New Cement Grinding Projects in India – 2021

  • Bahubali Cement Chemical is planning to take up new cement grinding unit in Baghwala, Sub-Tehsil – Barwala, Panchkula, Haryana. The project involves installation of 1 x 300 TPD Ball Mill, the capacity of the unit 0.09 MTPA. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.53.906 million. As of February 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
  • Alaknanda Cement is planning to take up cement grinding unit expansion project in Ramnagar Industrial Area, Bilari Dih, Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh. The project involves expanding the production capacity from 100 TPD to 500 TPD of cement grinding unit. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.168.8 million. As of February 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
  • Halco Buildtek is planning to take up new cement grinding unit in Tetelia, Mouza Sonapur, Kamrup, Assam. The project involves setting up cement plant for production of cement with capacity of 500 TPD OPC/PPC and Clinker 300 TPD. The company acquired Around 10,595sq.m. private non agricultural land for this project. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.245 million. On March 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway. As of July 2021, project involves set up Cement Grinding unit (1,000 TPD OPC/PPC) with investment Rs.245 Million. The environment clearance for the project is underway.
  • Ottathingal India is planning to take up new standalone cement grinding unit in SIPCOT, Pirancheri Village, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. The project involves setting up a new standalone cement grinding unit covering an extent of 1.59.44 Ha or 15944.16 Sq.m with production capacity 300 TPD. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.351.1 million. As of March 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
  • NCL Industries is planning to take up new cement grinding and packing unit in Mattapalli, Nalgonda, Telangana. The project involves setting up 110 TPH cement grinding and packing unit at Line III- Phase 2. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1050 million. The project is expected to be completed in 18 months from date of its financial closure. As of May 2021, The board of NCL Industries approved the project.
  • Ultratech Cement is planning to take up a cement grinding and packing unit expansion project in MIDC Industrial Area, Sindhkheda, Dhule, Maharashtra. The project involves expanding the cement grinding and packing unit by adding 1 MTPA cement grinding and packing. The project is estimated to cost Rs.110 million. As of June 2021, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project
  • Orissa Metallurgical Industry is planning to take up New cement grinding unit in Mathurakismat, Kharagpur – I, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal. The project involves setting up of standalone green field unit for 1.155 MTPA Cement grinding unit along with 0.35 Million TPA Wire/Nail drawing mill. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.700 million. As of August 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
  • Ambuja Cements is planning to take up cement grinding unit expansion in village Daburji, Lodhimajra, Ropar, Punjab. The project involves expansion of cement grinding unit from 3.4 to 5.4 million tons per annum. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.3070 million. As of August 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
  • My Home Industries is planning to take up New cement grinding unit in Village: Byree, Tahasil: Darpan, Jajpur, Odisha. The project involves setting up new cement grinding unit of 3 MTPA capacity (1.5 MTPA in phase-1 & 1.5 MTPA in phase-2) proposed over an area of 68 Acres. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.6500 million. As of August 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway.
