Hitachi Terminal Solutions to triple its ATM manufacturing capacity in India

A 1,08,000 square foot manufacturing facility for ATMs or cash recycling machines (CRMs) has been established in Bengaluru by Hitachi Terminal Solutions India Pvt Ltd. With the most recent capacity boost, the company will be able to triple its existing monthly production capacity of 1000 CRMs.

Despite being comparable to ATMs, CRMs, according to the business, also allow users to deposit cash in addition to all the other services offered by ATMs.

In India, the company claims to have a large customer base across national banks, state banks, private banks, and co-operatives with names like SBI, Axis Bank, and others. Additionally, with the facility, it is also looking to expand its exports of these machines. At present, it exports to markets such as South Africa and Bangladesh.
